I hoped, but I had no idea that there would be so much of a noticeable difference stepping up to my new Pro set. Sharpness, balance, comfort. It really made a difference with just daily meal prep. I’m sorry I waited.

I’m really disappointed. I bought this Henckels knife expecting high quality, but it started showing rust spots after just a short time. I always hand wash and dry my knives immediately, so this shouldn’t happen. Definitely not the quality I expected from this brand.
