Smaller than expected but great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the smaller of the baking dish to make garlic confit. It came out amazing. And it was such easy cleanup. I soaked in warm soapy water and all the little garlic bits came off easy. Not a scratch on the dish.
