The knives feel perfectly balanced and razor sharpe right out of the box. The self sharpening is genius, the knives stay sharp without any extra work.

Lovely knife set

I love my set! The box is matching my counter top color and it is very nice and compact.Self sharpening feature is priceless! The knives are light weight and with comfortable handles, even for left handed people like me.Easy to use, easy to clean as well.The blade balance and edge retention are amazing .My set is still new, but this is not the first product I have from Zwilling and I believe with proper care it will last a long time.

Same blades, handles seem lighter than my previous knives from 37 years ago and most recently 5 years ago. I do like the four star best

This self sharpening knife block has made cooking so much more enjoyable. The knives arrived super sharp and I love the way the handles feel in my hand. The wooden block looks beautiful in our kitchen as well! Highly recommend!
