Best of Both Worlds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been researching knives for awhile before deciding on the Zwilling Pro. I looked and tested far more expensive knives. They were very good but did not out perform the Zwilling knives and there was no additional benefit to them for the price they were asking. the Zwilling knives were just as good and some of the knives out performed the more expensive knives an example is the 3" paring knife. I have also looked at less expensive knives but they would not hold the edge as long as the zwilling or get as sharp an edge. they were also not as nicely balanced. They seemed a little light on the hilt which I do not like. I like doing the finger test, if it is balances on one finger holding it in the middle of the knife it means blade and handle are equal. this to me means balanced. so after about a year of looking and testing knives I decided that the Zwilling Pro was the best of both worlds! great price point and great quality coming together
