Received these knives as a gift. Haven't been able to find a set I liked... until, now. they performed excellently. Nice clean cut every time. BRAVO Henclel !!!

Upgrade from previous Henckels 4-PC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great upgrade to our standard Henckels steak knives which are still going strong, but are not forged like this set. These have been improved upon with better balance and rigidity.
