The color, the size, the weight, the black interior, the way it browns. I love everything about it so far. I've cooked 3 very different meals in this thing already. I've been wanting one for so long and finally made the investment.

I own the 4 qt, 5.5 qt & 7 qt in Grenadine. These are absolutely gorgeous and sexy. The color is so deep and vibrant. The high quality craftsmanship is apparent from the moment you open the box. The enamel is so much smoother and more durable than the cheaper brands. I have no doubt they will be family heirlooms. I resisted getting the bougie brands, but decided to try one Staub and one LC. Now I’m addicted and my collection has grown. These are actually a pleasure to cook in and I look forward to making meals. I use them almost daily. They can do anything and cleanup is a breeze.

I love this pot! It visually looks gorgeous and cooked my oxtail meat and chicken evenly and nice. Very efficient use for 1-2 person serving
