Beautiful color!

The grenadine color is one of the most classically beautiful from Staub. The French craftsmanship shows in this 4qt oven that is perfect for feeding 2-4 people (or just 2 and plenty of leftovers!) The enameled (and iron-free!) cast iron maintains heat so well and I truly appreciate the self-basting feature with the spikes on the lid. This piece is a must have in any kitchen!

Beautiful Multi-Functional Piece

This 4 qt cocotte is great for any cooking job I have. I love baking bread in it! It's the perfect size for soups and stews for a small crowd. I have deep fried potatoes, made donuts, anything you can think of and the results are great. Grenadine is one of my favorite colors of these 4 qts. They all are beautiful.

Love, love, this pot!! I use it all the time. Perfect for searing, stewing, braising! Take it to the table - it will keep everything nice and hot! Love this pot!!

I adore this enamel & cast iron Staub Cocotte. Browns evenly with easy clean up. They also have beautiful colors to choose from.

Grenadine it is!

I do adore grenadine color, it blends in well on any kitchen furnace. It is perfect a decent size of delicious dish you have in mind. It does make a difference food taste wise, efficiency-saves gas and you can serve your delicious dish straight to your table without the need to use another dish. I also bought a staub cast iron trivet to protect my table from direct heat.

Perfect slow cooker

Not only do I love this color, but I love this piece. The 4 qt is perfect for a small family. We love to slow cook meats, whole chicken, pot roast, etc. The self basting lid keeps your meat so juicy and tender. It's like nothing I have ever seen.

the most beautiful dutch oven Ive owned!@ I love this grenadine color, remind me of a great red wine, something I love to cook with! The size is perfect for 2 with some leftovers. Food cooked in cast iron makes the best leftovers of all! Staub lids fid snugly, and the basting spikes keep the surface evenly moist. The shape and size of this vessel makes Staub my favorite of all my different cast iron pieces.

This pan is so versatile. The interior of the cocotte is coated with Staub's famous black matte finish that allows for perfect searing. The inside of the lid has self basting spikes which capture all condensation and return it to pan so no flavor is lost. The heat capability of this cocotte is amazing, it can go up to 500F in the oven. I have even put it on the BBQ for an additional cooking surface and works perfectly. You can cook anything in this pan!
