[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are just what I was looking for. They hold an edge very well and are well made. I like the fact that they have a triple riveted handle. My old knives didn;t and they cam aprt from the handle.They look good and perform well. Glad I bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Henckels knives are the sharpest knives I have ever used. Got them as a gift for Christmas and used them to clean up and butcher deer meat for freezer. AMAZING!!!
