Amazing knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always used higher end knives but never comitted to Japanese steel before and am so glad I finally did. these knives are all amazing, are scary sharp, and hold an edge well. In addition they are light, very well balanced and very enjoyable to use.
