The product is nice and sharp. I also like the edge retention of it! It has really nicer ergonomics and of course the balance of it. It is really good at slicing fruits, vegetables and meat too.

I only have Zwilling knives. Would not trade them for any other kind. My knives are 30 years old and I use them every day. They are easy to sharpen, comfortable to hold, and keeps their edge sharp for a long period of time.

The construction of this steak knife meets the quality expected for a Zwilling knife. The comfortable polymer handle, the cutting edge of micro-serrated blade, the weight and balance of these knives more than met my expectations. Including a wooden storage box that fits in a drawer is an addd bonus
