Great for Stews

The design of this pan gives you versatility in what you can make in it. It has a searing surface that can fit a good amount of ingredients, and has enough volume to fit most soups or chilis. The glass lid is really helpful in letting you see exactly what is going on inside the pan while cooking, and is also sturdy enough to not worry about breaking.

I use the Perfect Pan for many different things. I've used it as a stove top deep fryerr making apple fritters, french fries and corn tortillas. Cooked hamburgers and set them on the wire rack as cheese melted while others cooked. Just so many uses for this versatile, great looking pan.

I originally purchased this pan for stir fry and dumplings. Quickly came to realize this pan is a great braiser, roaster, deep fryer, and fry pan. Love the rack that fits on one side of the pan to drain deep fried foods. Perfect for Super Bowl Sunday gatherings and the best pan for homemade donuts!

This perfect pan is such a versatile Staub piece. Though it looks like a wok, it can be used for a myriad of dishes including any recipes calling for deep frying! Make delicious donut holes or crisp up some chicken wings in this awesome pan! The heat distribution and retention of the cast iron makes it ideal for high heat cooking situations.

Not doubt one of the most versatile pans I have. I use this for stir frys, braising and roasting in the oven. the rack is a perfect place to hold ingredients while cooking others.

The mini wok are so cute and adorable, and these 4.5qt. wok are perfect size. It so versatile and perfect little things to add in your collections. I love the fact that it has flatter bottom for maximize heat contact for all stove top surfaces.

This pan literally stays on my stove all day. I use it for everything - soup, boiling noodles, frying steak, deep frying and of course stir fry. The heat distribution is amazing - I have a tiny burner but the entire pans heats up. Everyone needs on of these pans.
