This pan is a beautiful creation. It is large enough to fit four chicken breasts or steaks, or whatever you choose, without any crowding. The heat distributes nicely and the cleanup is easy. I love the handles that don't get in the way of anything else and allow it to go in the oven easily. I am excited to use it all the time and happy that I treated myself to this special gift. Thank you to Staub for their attention to detail and also for the beautiful packaging. Also thank you to ZWILLING for offering it a great price.

Purchased this pan after significant research. I use it most often for stovetop dishes, and those which are then finished in oven. I wanted a very large base with straight sides, and preferred a black interior vs light enamel. I love this pan, like my Staub dutch oven it is easy to clean, and heats quickly. And its so pretty! Wish it had a lid available. It's so large that you have to use two pieces of foil to cover its width. Don't forget your barkeepers friend, it works wonders to keep these high quality pans looking new.

I am so happy with this pan. The enamel cast iron means no seasoning and easy cleanup. The matte textured interior allows fats and oil underneath the food producing great sears, browning and easy release. The cast iron heats very evenly and retains heat very well. The pan is deep enough to also use as a roasting/baking pan in the oven. The double handle design gives more cooking surface while taking up less space than a long handled smaller pan.

This Cherry fry pan will add a fiery pop of color to the stove/oven/table. The cast iron surface is ideal for browning and searing while the double handles make it easy to maneuver or transfer from stove to oven to table.

Paella pan, frying, sauteing, baking, & roasting!

This 13" Staub double handle skillet is deep and great for every cooking needs. I owned one, our family finds it better than any other pan. It is wonderful ot just a paella dish, sauteing and mixed vegetables and meat, frying fish and browning meat even. Perfect for baking potato gratin dish, spinach cheese dips and bread.
Skillets with double handle is really great, having an extra handle for more control when transferring your delicious food and less fatigue.
Keep food warm and evenly cooked for cast iron offers steady, even heat distribution. Temperature of the pan won't drop as you cook and it is because it's a retain heat, food continuously being cooked even after turning off stove, performs great for searring. Colorful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and table. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500F.

This is a great cast iron griddle, I use it for Eggs, Bacon and Panini Sandwiches. I love the Grenadine color and perfect with my other Stove pieces!

This is one of my favorite Staub pans because it is so versatile. The dark interior of this pan makes browning, frying, and sauteeing so easy. The size is perfect for large families, or for gatherings of family and friends. Goes from the stove-top to the table and looks good doing it!
