[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2-PC. Artisan set is immaculate! Perfectly crafted and whetted for the professional, intermediate and even novice of cooks. It makes a great gift but definitely spoil yourself with a set!

These knives are some of the nicest pieces of touched. They are light weight and razor sharp. I have not had them long enough to comment on how well they hold an edge but so far so good.
