I absolutely love this 2 piece set. They are by far the two types of knives I use the most in the kitchen. They meet almost all of my needs.
This line is exquisite. The "D" shaped handle provides a very comfortable fit. The hand hammered blade helps to resist food sticking, but is also a work of art. I highly recommend this Miyabi line. It certainly will not disappoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice balance and handle of rose wood has a great feel in your hand. Extremely sharp. I would have like some instructions on bow to care for the knives. I have a honing rod but it would have been nice ro have more information

Excellent knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knife set to add to our current Miyabi set. These knives have beautiful, sharp blades and the handles are ergonomically comfortable. The small bump on the handle makes it easy to grip the handle, while the smooth finish gives it a nice feel while using it. I, very pleased with this purchase.
