My Staub Collection

Love my Staub cookware. I just recently added the Tomato and small Tomato Cocottes to my collection (see photo). This is absolutely the best cookware for me. I only use Staub, and occasionally a TurboPot Fry Pan. I couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very excited to get the Tomato Cocotte! It is beautiful and very well made.
At 3 quarts, it’s a nice size for meals for my husband and I. I use it from braising meat to baking sourdough bread.
It isn’t too heavy but is solidly built.
I don’t like keeping pots in my stovetop but this is so beautiful that it is a function art piece that I am happy to display on my stove.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I originally bought this because it’s so beautiful, but I’m finding myself using it quite frequently. It’s a great size for soups, stews and it’s just gorgeous in my stovetop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn’t know what to expect the performance with the unique shape. I can’t believe how nice it looks in real life but at the same time it cooks just as well with the regular shaped cocotte. Staub’s novelty cocottes are truly piece of art work.
