Zwilling does a great job of competing in the value cutlery market. The Henckels International knife lines are always a cut above the competition.
This block set is no exception. Handsome knives in a modern looking block that feel good in the hand, are very sharp and has every knife you could ever need.

Such a special set of kitchen knives at a great price. I love the weight of these forged knives. the handles fit very comfortably in your hand and are very ergonomic. The satin finish on these high quality stainless steel blades give a very rich appearance, did I mention stain less? I love the logo on the end of the handle, every time I reach for my knives, aI see that and know that I am reaching for quality!

Great combination of knives

I love how this set of knives come with both a chef's knife and a santoku knife! I love using the santoku for cutting my vegetables since it has the ovals on the sides that help the vegetables not stick while I'm cutting them and the chef's knife is a great all around knife. I love the handles on these knives because it is nicely curved to my hand. It's great that this set comes with steak knives so that I didn't need to purchase them separately and they are easily access since they are right on the counter with the rest of the knives.

Great value for this block and the knives included, which are some of the most used knives in the kitchen. Added bonus are the steak knives, if you have some, great addition when you need extra, and if you don't have steak knives, they are great to have!

Good 'better-than-the-basics' set

This set comes with two terrific all-purpose knives - the 8-inch chef's and the 7-inch santoku. Both considered workhorses in any kitchen. Plus it comes with a set of steak knives. The addition of the serrated utility and the paring and you can prep a pretty awesome feast. There are additional specialty knives to add, and the block has open slots for additions in the future, since the Forged Premio are good knives that will last you for years.
This handsome set of knives is forged from German steel and made to very exacting standards. The fine edge blades made from high quality stainless steel can take and hold an edge ensuring years and years of enjoyable use. Hone them regularly. The full tang blade runs through the integrated bolster and triple riveted handle for maximum stability and durability.
Dishwasher safe, but I always hand wash my knives. I like them to look new and dishwashing detergents are very hard on knives.

Comfortable Hadles

These knives have a curved handle design that fits into you palm like no others that I’ve tried. Very comfortable to use, and they’re well weighted for precise cuts. It’s nice to have both a chef and santoku knife to choose from when deciding on what to use to prep my meals.
