The knife set I wish I had purchased 30 years ago

He taught me many things about cutting vegetables and recommended that I throw out all my knives and get a good set of knives not made in the USA. I did research, and Henckles knives are the best value for the money. I have used them to prepare vegetables and was amazed at how easy and nice it was to use high quality knives.
