Great for Everyday Use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got these knives as a gift for Christmas. My goodness was it a BIG upgrade from our old Cutco knives. The self-sharpening block is amazing and leaves us with little maintenance for our knives.
We love to cook and use these everyday. The change was dramatic with everyday use, from cutting meat and vegetables to paring fruits.
We absolutely love this set!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sharp Knives

I fell in love with this block set. Originally attracted to the chic modern look, but you can't beat the self sharpening block. All you do is pull the blade back and forth into the slot, and you have a sharp blade. No longer have to worry about sharpening and honing at the correct angle, or having to bring my knives in for professional sharpening which can be costly.
I have everything I need to wait out this pandemic, and prepare great meals for my family.

Replacement for Calphalon Sharpin Knife Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am vegetarian and didn't need steak knives but wanted a built-in sharpener. I purchased a Calphalon set a few years back since it was the only option available at that time with the features I wanted. Previously, I used Henckels knife sets. I was so pleased to find the features in a Henckels knife set this time. The Henckels quality and appearance far surpasses my old Calphalon set. The knife block is a dark brown. My only issue is I would have preferred a black knife block to house the knives.
