Good Knife Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this knife set because I desperately needed one. I researched multiple knife sets and always came back to this one. I received it in the mail yesterday, and it seems to be sturdy and feels good in my hands. The only thing I don’t like is that the block holder is designed on a diagonal, which takes up unnecessary space on my kitchen counter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrific Set. And They Maintain Themselves!

For the record, I never thought I would be a fan of an all metal knife. But like many things these days, I'm an old dog learning new tricks. These knives - this entire line - rocks! And they look good too!
This is one of my favorite combinations of knives. It has the two 'big' knives - and 8-inch chef and a 7-inch santoku. Between the two of those there isn't much you can't do, except maybe bone a chicken. Oh. But that's ok, this set comes with a boning knife too. Perfect. The self sharpening block makes it super simple to maintain the edges on the knives and the 6 beautiful steak knives are a bonus.
These are fully forged knives - a sign of top quality. They are made with one of Zwilling's proprietary steels - so they won't stain, they will stay sharp. And they are designed for comfort with optimal sized grips for most people. They are also lighter than most knives. So if weight is an issue for you, you will like these knives.

One Piece Construction

The weight of these is also great

Perfect for the Smaller Kitchen

Because I had to downsize to a condominium with very little kitchen counter space the knife block and the amount of knives I had were more than I could use. I saw this set and fell in love with not only the beauty of the set but the size of the block, and I knew it was exactly what I needed.
