Pan delivered this afternoon and used this evening. Easy to use, it worked very well for a four person beef & brussels sprout stir fry. Getting well cooked, tender beef seemed to be easier with this pan than with my old reliable carbon steel wok, but I will need to cook with it more to see if that holds up.

Beautiful pan, but food still sticks on the bottom when I tried deep frying, despite the matte black coating. The process of ordering online also left much to be desired. The shopping cart did not function properly. But I'm glad I got this pan at a great value

This modern graphite grey perfect pan is such a versatile Staub piece. Though it looks like a wok, it can be used for a myriad of dishes including any recipes calling for deep frying! Make delicious donut holes or crisp up some chicken wings in this awesome pan! The heat distribution and retention of the cast iron makes it ideal for high heat cooking situations.

We use this pan literally everyday. I have used it as a wok of course but also as a steamer, fry pan and I have even baked bread in it. Staub's interior black matte finish is amazing and produces perfect searing / caramelizing.

Staub mini wok are so cute and adorable for this same color, and this 4.5qt. wok are perfect size. It so versatile and perfect to add in your collections. I love the fact that it has flatter bottom for maximize heat contact for all stove top surfaces.

Make this pan be the center of your table. It is great for stews and curries. Ideal for family dining. Or keep it on the stove to deep fry - excellent for making donuts, tempura or the best fried fish dinner! It comes with a rack to drain excess oil. Holds the temperature well so you don’t get oily food. Easy to work with, and very easy to clean.
