I love making chicken and dumpling dishes in this, but it does so much more! Rice and meats w/ veggies also cook well and the moisture stays locked in due to the self-basting dots! I also steam mussels and in no time, finished! All-around versatile braiser.
This is a great "multi" pot. So many recipes can be made in this dish. Not only will they turn out perfectly but will look beautiful served from the stove or oven.
domed top is good size to make a large one pot meal. Also like the spikes inside that keeps all the flavor in the pot. Dishwasher Safe is a real plus, but honestly cleans up easily with hand washing.

An ideal cooking vessel for simmering stove top. The interior surface is perfect for browning and release of food. The design of this pot is excellent for braising and stewing meats and vegetable. It's not too heavy and the handles are the right size. Stove to oven to table..Fabulous color!
This beautiful blue braiser rocks! Get the benefits of Staub's innovative nonstick enameled cast iron, engineered quite perfectly for braising! The two handles make it easy to transfer this beauty from your stove/oven to the table.
So easy to start by browning onions and garlic then keep adding those recipe ingredients all in the same pan. Plenty of room and a lid that fits so tightly to keep moisture inside. I've also made amazing mac and cheese for a pot luck and was so proud to have this beautiful piece on the buffet.
