I’ve always chose Zwilling Henckels for my knives, and have always been happy with my purchase. They very sharp and the handles are solid like my cooking knives. I recently purchased the Nakiri knife and I can’t believe it took me so long to buy it. Amazingly comfortable knife to hold and cut with.
