love the pour through

12 inches is great surface space plus I really love the pour through sides. Great for removing excess fat. I use this pan all time for making delicious burgers.. This is perfect for that high, high heat searing and finishing in the oven.
It's a bit heavy, but worth its weight!!

Finally, a double handle cast iron fry pan!

This cast iron skillet is so versatile for having an extra handle for more control when transfering your delicious food to your beautiful staub cast iron plate and keep it warm. That spout is so useful to keep those juice in the right place and dishwasher safe however handwashing is highly recommended. Grenadine is perfect to add to your Staub collections.

Every kitchen needs one of these.
Perfect size for bread, Steaks and chops, Chicken and grilled vegetables.
This pan gets so much use in my kitchen that it is always out on the stove top. We even use it out on the grill for roasting veggies and they carmelize beautifully every time.

The perfect steak pan. I love to season some filets and sear them on each side and transfer them to the oven for finishing them off. They end up with a very nice char on each side and cooked evenly throughout. This pan is definitely one of my favorites. Everyone should have one.

Perfect Skillet

I absolutely love this skillet! The cast iron is so easy to use because it is enameled so that I don't have to do any special care, like I would have to do if it were just plan cast iron. I love that when I heat it up, the skillet is a very even heat and stays hot for a long time.

I recently added this fry pan to my Staub collection and can't believe I waited so long to do so.
It fries, sautes and braises beautifully. The pan has amazing heat distribution and works well on my not so great stove top. It can go into the oven up to 500F, perfect for making dutch baby pancakes.

Had a 10"...needed slightly larger. Solid enameled cast iron with cleanability! Grenadine is the Company's most stunning colour as well. Try this one.
