I wish I had these a long time ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as a gift and my only regret is, why didn’t get these before. Of all the knives and sets I have gone through, these are the most comfortable to handle. My knife’s sharpness test is to slice a ripe heirloom tomato. I was able to slice the tomato very thin. These knives have given me confidence to tackle any meat or vegetable recipe. I am going to have fun filling the other 18 slots of my 21 slot knife block

They were so good: heavy in the hand, easy to sharpen, and briskly effective when cutting, that i wanted more. My husband bought this set for my birthday and we love them. Definitely worth the investment.
