I had 3 surgeries on my right hand (am right handed) and needed to find a lighter weight knife set. The Twin Signature 3 piece set turned out to be the ideal choice. Extremely comfortable handle, well balanced and light in weigh I tested the sharpness of each knife slicing copy paper, but that proved to be too easy. So I did the same test on newsprint and these knives sliced right through. I have prepped several meals and the edge remains durable while the handle shape allows very precise prep. Turns out these are my favorite knives after over 60 years as a home cook.

I’ve wanted to buy this 20-piece set for a long time, but the price was a bit steep. Then I spotted this set of three knives—specifically the "Twin" series—and decided to go for it. These knives are simply superb; they cut beautifully. My thanks to the manufacturers in Solingen for using such high-quality steel.1❤️🙏
