Ordered these foe my daughter for one of her Christmas presents. She didn't say anything until I asked, only to find out they're DULL and don't cut well. I lived in Germany for 12 years, and used to trust the brand. Not now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good for my budget. Would have preferred a forged knife set but the price was right. Still super sharp. Huge improvement over the previous set I owned.

Great price for three essential kitchen knives. Took a little bit to get adjusted to the handle style, but overall very satisfied with this set. Extremely sharp knives that stay sharp with little effort.

A starter set is great for anyone who wants the three knives they’ll need in one set. The addition of a slicing knife is nice to have for when you need to crave a turkey or even a nice steak. The blades aren’t forged, but they are still good for a certain budget.

Twin Signature is Grandma's first choice from among all the other knives, insisting German knives are the very best. Extremely comfortable handle, perfect weight, and extra sharp.

A great starter set if you are wanting to build a knife collection or don’t necessarily need a lot of knives. The handles feel good and helps give a nice grip on the knife. The one downside is that this starter set doesn’t include a serrated knife, but otherwise really well made German knives.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the fit of the handle in my hand. it is super comfortable.
I'm so glad to have the 4" paring knife. I like it better than the three inch. gives me a bit more room for my hand!! Nice sharp blades. Great trio!
