Great sharp knives

I am so happy with this set. The forged blades are super sharp. They go through a double hardening process giving a very strong sharp edge.The blades are finished in the traditional Japanese Honbazuke method. They stay sharp for a long time and are easy to maintain. The handles are lightweight and very comfortable to hold. The set meets all my basic needs and leaves room for more specialty knives in the future.

Perfect set for holiday dinner preps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this set right before thanksgiving. The chefs knife made the preparation better and made cutting vegetables and the carving of the turkey into thin slices look easy.
The knives are extremely sharp and easy to hold. No pain or strain in fingers or wrists.

In essence, a house can be built with harbor freight tools in the right hands. These knives changed my cooking entirely. Looking forward to getting an upgraded set in the coming months.
