Great skillet

Used once so far and seems great. Cooked steak and even though it left a residue in the pan from the meat, I used baking soda to clean up the residue marks. Amazing! And best of all, no seasoning needed!

Modern Replacement for "Old Rusty"

Functions equally, if not better, than our old raw cast iron. Enameled inside and out, it's not only easier to clean but distributes heat to every edge evenly. Pouring spouts are super useful.

Great cast iron pan

Love having a cast iron piece that will last forever. This fry pan is a great size, you can make a lot and have more space for chicken, meat to cook while not overcrowding the pan. The enameling does such a great job of searing but also releasing food. With the pouring spouts, it makes it a lot easier to pour sauce out of the pan.

The Staub black matte fry pan gives you the look of traditional cast iron plus amazing benefits. The enamel does not require seasoning, browns and carmelizes beautifully, washes up with soap and water and is even dishwasher safe.
