Induction friendly

So hard to find a great pan that will work with my induction oven. The smooth surface on the bottom ensure that it will not damage the stove top. I really appreciate the double handle- they are just the right size to grasp with an oven mitt. They do get a little hot!!

Perfect Paella

Although technically this isn't a paella pan we use as that. The black matte finish produces a perfect crust on the rice. Oven to table is how we serve it. Staub products have amazing heat retention so food stays warm for at least an hour.

I bought this for my husband two years ago, he loves it. I swear it's the only fry pan he will use now. Too bad there isn't a lid to match.

Staub skillet cast iron are so versatile to add in your collections and also served as saute' pan, stir frying, paella dish, or just daily usage. Skillets with double handle s really great, having an extra handle for more control when transferring your delicious food to your beautiful Staub cast iron plate and keep it warm.

This pan can do so many things, but I admit, my favorite thing to cook in it is breakfast... an egg over easy, bacon, or hasbrowns. It browns so beautifully.

Great for searing steak

I love how this pan comes with 2 handles that make it easy to maneuver. With other pan that have a long handle, I find that if I have a couple on the stove top at once, the handles tend to bump into each other and when you're cooking dinner, the chances are that you will have a couple of pots and pans on the stove at once. I love how wide this pan is and it is great to be able to sear 4 filet mignons at a time because of the surface area.
