I love this pan, we use it for much more than Asian foods. Great for making a large amount of scrambled eggs too. They heat evenly which is wonderful, and they do not stick. When I am done cooking it wipse clean effortlessly. I also have 2 of htese frying pans. Love them all.... I will be buying more of the Ballarini Parma pans.

Great pan but lid is very heavy for daily use. The lid should have an edge protection as it is a heavy glass. I have to be extra careful washing the lid. If a lighter lid is available I would like to buy that
