Nice starter set, I would prefer a serrated knife over the 6'' slicer but great set for the price.

As a hibachi chef who dealing with hot grill and need a speed to cut every single item customers order! So I need a good handle of teh knife and the weight of the knife it’s really important during cooking show on the hibachi grill!!!
