New Kitchen - Splurged on New Knives

Rather than buy a predetermined knife block set I opted to procure the knives I felt best suited my needs individually. This 3 piece set actually completed my collection of the knives I desired. So far I am happy with my purchase and I am looking forward to using knives that will actually cut with less effort on my part.

Sharp from out of the box

As a hibachi chef who dealing with hot grill and need a speed to cut every single item customers order! So I need a good handle of teh knife and the weight of the knife it’s really important during cooking show on the hibachi grill!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives have been wonderful. They come out of the box extremely sharp and have maintained an edge better than any other knife I have owned. I have not had to sharpen them yet but you can tell they are high quality. I cook at home usually four nights a week and they have been workhorses.
