The classic percision line is a traditional western style blade that is a little thinner and lighter than a conventional German- Western blade. This set of knives which includes 8 steak knives is super sharp, durable and well balanced. These are the knives you will use for percision cutting, shredding, chopping and slicing. Incredible set at a remarkable price!

A great knife block set

I really like the Classic Precision collection, an upgraded version of its predecessor the Classic, this a knife set you want to have in your kitchen. The silky smooth texture of the handles contour really well into the palm of your hand, giving you a comfortable grip while you use this knife set. You get a great assortment of small and big blades, perfect for completing any food prep task you may have. Also this set comes with steak knives, a great addition and also an easy way to store when not using them. A well made forged knife set constructed out of high carbon stainless steel, this is a great block set that has all the knives you would need at a solid price.

The knives in this set are made from high quality German Steel and forged from one piece of steel making them durable and extremely strong. The full bolster provides a comfortable grip with balance and support. The set includes every knife you need in the kitchen including a full size santoku and steak knives (no usually included in block sets of this quality).

I love to give this block set as a house warming or bridal gift. It is a great set of knives at a fabulous price point! Has all the knives one needs to be successful in the kitchen along with 8 serrated steak knives that look great on any dinner table. Made from high quality German steel these knives are well balanced with a classic 3 rivet handle, full bolster, full tang, acute edge angle with a beautiful satin finish. Whether you are a home cook or a professional this is a great block set to have in your kitchen.

These knives have the same weight and feel as the knives made in Germany at a fraction of the cost. They're forged from a high carbon, German stainless steel which guarantees amazing edge retention. The fine edge blades are sharpened to an edge angle that closely matches Asian knives making them incredibly sharp.The three rivet handle has perfect weight and balance and will last forever.
This set contains all of the knives you need to prep and serve meals; plus great kitchen scissors, all in a beautiful dark wooden block.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knives feel study and comfortable in hand. Steak knives feel a little flimsy compared to the bigger knives but for the price you can’t beat it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these knives as a birthday present as my old knives were getting very worn down. These knives came super sharp out of the box. I’m very pleased with the first use of these knives compared to the cuisinart set I had previously been using.
