Decent size for oval bakeware!

No matter what size, depending on the cooking needs however this oval baking dish cast iron is perfect gratin dish, possesses exceptional heat-retaining qualities, so the pot heats evenly throughout.
From frying an eggs, browning minced garlic, melting butter, individual served spinach cheese dip, caramelizing sugar, baking and etc.
Black matte enamel inside and cooking surface creates a culinary advantage for better browning, braising and roasting.
Requires no seasoning and works on all stove tops.

This is the perfect roasting dish due to the cast iron which evenly distributes heat and retains it. It is the perfect size for those family gatherings and I use it straight from the oven to the table. You can put in the dishwasher, but I hand wash mine. The black enamel interior is great for browning, and roasting with easy clean up. I love the look and function of this baking dish.

This is the perfect serving dish for casseroles, gratins, and ratatouille recipes. I love the heritage look of the handles on this baking dish and the Graphite color, a nice modern color for any kitchen. With it being cast iron, it does a great job heating and being versatile where it can go from oven to table to fridge. A great dish to have for serving great meals.

Fabulous piece. Generous size. You can start it on the stovetop and finish it in the oven. Great for casseroles or cobblers. The enamel browns beautifully and washes well. The cast iron body retains heat well when you transfer it to the table.

I use this dish for stuffed and baked seafood. Try a lobster newburg in this dish!!
this is everything you would expect for a Staub cast iron. Exceptional browning and even heating. Keeps food hot longer. The innovative black matte interior will not stain, and will release food with ease. I like the shape of the handles. just the right angle for safety.
