I have been happy with these 4 knives thus far and know they are not top-of-the line, yet so far, have cut our meats with no problem. The Classic line is overall a very good line, sharp, keeps the edge and is durable and stain-free.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Steak Knives

I wanted good steak knives because we love to grill steaks. Nothing beats slicing into a steak with a fine edge knife; no tearing, just clean slicing.
I bought this set about 4 years ago because I love Classic and the value it provides. It is high quality, forged German steel. They are very sharp and have stayed that way. I resharpen them every few weeks. Forged knives have a little more heft to them, which is what we wanted.

I love this value line! These steak knives are great and stay sharp. They cut super well and are made from high quality stainless steel. I even through them in the dishwasher and they have held up. Also a plus they are made in Spain.

Best Non-serrated Steak Knives

Although not quite the same German stainless as the Pro or Pro S steak knives, this Spanish-made version is almost up there. Sharpens crazy sharp and forged for balance.

Cuts through steak like butter

These knives are so sharp that they are super easy to use and they make having a dinner party nice so that all the guests aren't sawing at their meat. The knife gracefully glides through the meat and the handles make them very comfortable to use.

These steak knives work very well and have the fine edge I was looking for. Very well made with full bolster and full tang and traditional 3 rivets. Paid a little bit more, but finally have steak knives that cut and not rip. They look really nice on the table, and feel just as good as the steak knives I've used in fine steak houses. Hate to admit but I also use these for some kitchen prep work!

classic shape and sharpness

I wanted a nice set of steak knives that complimented my kitchen set. These are perfect. The German steel is super sharp and cuts right through all of my food. The three rivet design goes perfectly with my other kitchen knives. A great product by Henckels. Just what I was looking for.
