The care and use pamphlet is very informational; acidic foods (lemon, mustard, tomato etc.) should not remain on the blade. These kind of tips will help me enjoy these knives for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best knife set I have ever owned. I love the in-drawer block! I was so happy to find this set since I prefer to keep my knives in a drawer since I have limited counter space and like to keep it clear. The knives have a good weight to them (versus the classic); they feel more comfortable in my hand. The price is right for the quality and quantity that you get. I would highly recommend this set!

There are multiple knives for different purposes, but we end up having our favorite. The scissors are nice to have in the set, as well as the bread knife. Everything fits in our knife holder.
