First set of ‘real’ knives I’ve owned, very impressed by how sharp they are and they seem to be retaining their edge so far. The only negative is the empty Santoku slot, which requires you to purchase it separately. Why don’t ZWILLING just add that knife to the set and charge accordingly?? It makes no sense.

I had forgotten how sharp a knife should be. I just thought I had been easily cutting meat and chopping vegetables. These knives pleasantly surprised me with their razor sharpness. I can’t believe I waited this long to get my four star knives.
