Easy to use and very sharp knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this self sharpening knives. They are very well balanced, nice to hold on the hand, and we have small hands. They are also super sharp, and slices through fruits, meat, vegetables like butter.
The build quality are excellent. We had one 8 in knife that is almost 20 years old.
