My knives stay super sharp!

I never knew how dull my knives were until I started using this knife block! I love that every time I pull a knife out to use, they get sharpened! It makes it so easy to cut things when I'm using a sharp knife.I love the handles on the knives too because it is curved to my hand and is comfortable.

o keep the edge sharp on one of Zwilling's top knives, this set is an excellent choice. You can actually hear it working. The self-sharpening block even has space for steak knives beneath.

High quality self sharpening block set

If these knives don't already come sharp enough, the built in honing rods will continue to keep your knives as sharp as they were from day 1. The high quality German stainless steel has been friodur ice hardened to maintain the initial sharp edge over time. I love that the block has the steak slots so you can add them to your collection.

One of our most popular selling knife lines world-wide and now it comes in a sharpening block! If you do not like sharpening your knives, then I would jump on this block. Superior sharpness and durability due to the ice-hardening process, this block takes all the work out of maintenance.

Classic knives now easier to use

I have always admired my Dad's Zwilling knives. Now that I'm on my own I've purchased my own set. I don't have the time and patience that he does for hand sharpening so this set is perfect for me. I know i have a quality set of German knives and i know with this block they will be sharp forever. It comes with a slot to add a Santoku as well and I've already done that to round out my collection.

German Steel

This block set has it all. Did my homework before I purchased this block set. High carbon, German steel is the best way to go. The blades stay sharp, and hold an edge. When I do need to sharpen I no longer have to run out to get them sharpened professionally. The slots in the block are designed to sharpen the blades, by just running the blade a few time through the slot.
The assortment is compatible with all the jobs I preform in the kitchen. I love the molded handles, which are so comfortable, and lighter than the riveted handles. I also find that the handles are less prone to holding on to bacteria because of the one piece design.
These knives have a lifetime guarantee, which is piece of mind for me. I can also toss them in the dishwasher without a worry. The Four Star line also has a large variety of other cutlery pieces, so I can definitely add more matching knives.
