Perfect block set!

I got this block set for my grandparents and they love it! They love how amazing the knives are, how well constructed the steel is and how lightweight the knives are, especially my grandmother who can’t hold things that are heavy. The fact they don’t have to worry about sharpening the knives because of the self-sharpening block is so helpful!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had my four star knives for several years and now, I have the self sharpening block set.
I get to add my own steak knives which also happen to be Henckels.
So happy to have this new comer to the block!

I’ve had the traditional Four Star knives for years, and I’m really excited to be able to get them with a sharpening block. It’s nice to know these knives will always be as sharp as possible. The handles of these knives are a little lighter than others I’ve used before, so I would recommend these for people that like that.

If you're looking for a knife set you'll never have to replace, this may be the one. The Four Star knives in this block are all of the essential blades that you need with the ease and low maintenance of a self-sharpening block. You will never over-sharpen your knives but instead maintain the edge and angle of each of your beautifully-made, German steels each time you pull them out to use them. Plus, the block has space for 8 matching steak knives to add to your Four Star collection.

Premium quality knives and comfortable handle, now available in their own self-sharpening block. Great option for individuals not comfortable with sharpening knives. Even has a designated slot for adding a Santoku.

Clever design is no gimmick

The built-in honing system keeps these great knives in ready-to-cook condition. This the set for folks who appreciate well maintained tools but want to spend their time prepping, cooking and eating.
I am a huge fan of Four Star knives. The handles are comfortable and minimize slip. The blade steel is premium making them the kind of knives you can have forever. And with the fool-proof honing, these knives pretty much maintain themselves. Honing keeps the knife ready to go to work every time you reach for them.

Staying sharp

I purchased this set for my parents for Christmas. They never sharpen their knives nor do they know how. They have been so happy knowing everytime they pull them out they're sharp. They have commented several times how comfortable they are.
