Good for the Home Chef

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knives are sharp, light weight, plastic handles. I wish they were a bit moe heavy duty, like like the sharpening block but you might need to purchase a separate sharpener for prolonged usage.

Great knives

Ordered this set for my wife's Christmas.
The knives are sharp, well balanced. We do alot of home cooking, and with my arthritis , chopping had been tedious. However, with these knives, the effort is minimal.

Knives are very sharp out of the box and the included self sharpening block is very nice looking as well. I’ve ordered a 7” Santuku knife to complete the set. I’m very happy with this product.
