[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first set of professional knives and I must say that I am super impressed with the quality of the materials and the sharpness. I purchased the Santoku knife separately And he completes my set

Sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can hear the knives sharpen every time you take the knife out. I had a different brand knife set with sharpening block and they do not sharpen well in the sharpening block. Hopefully this will last me years to come!
