[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was planning to buy kitchen knives from a high end pocket knife manufacturer and my wife surprised me with this set as a birthday gift. I googled this set and I had my doubts after seeing the price. After a month of use, I have been impressed. The knives are always sharp and they hold there edge. I highly recommend them.
