[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The build-in sharpener is a very nice touch, but it's not available for the serrated knives. The Santoku knife is not part of the block set. Very nice knives overall.

Beautiful knives

I opted for the self sharpening block because I'm an amateur in the kitchen and have no clue how to sharpen knives properly!
