[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that every cut will be as easy on the hands as the first one. Feels sturdy and yet light in your hand. I've worked in my parents restaurant all my life , we always used this brand. I was super excited when I received this set for Christmas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives you get are sharp. The empty slot for the santoku is annoying, and the knife is hard to find. The matching steak knives (8) are expensive. Filling up the block is a major spend.
