Beautiful and Functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this knife block set as a gift, and I wasn't expecting it to be as great as it is. I didn't realize until a few days later that the knife sharpeners are built into the knife slots- this keeps them significantly sharper than I've ever seen before. The block itself is bulky, but the design is beautiful so I don't mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great knives. The handles feel a little plastic like and don’t have that nice heavy feel of the older handles, but I suspect these are for more durable. The blades also feel much lighter/thinner than the blades from 20 years ago. The blades do keep their sharp edges for a long time though. And the self sharpening slots in the block sure are convenient and keep the blades cutting ready.
I would recommend this to a friend!
