Exceptionally sharp! Great set but be very careful when using. I managed to cut myself twice within the first few days of using them et now I use them with much respect!

Received this knife block as a wedding gift. The knives are very sturdy, have a good weight to them and cut through everything like butter. Highly recommend this set!
