[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good, these seem to keep a very sharp edge and cut with ease. The ergonomic handle makes the knife very comfortable and they are weighted nicely.

Beautiful look and quality

There is one key style not incised in this set that is a favorite that we'll likely add on but they are wonderful in sharpness and precision. The handles do have a texture to them that I'm not quite fond of. They look great, but feel almost chalky which may be fine for some but is the reason I didn't give 5 stars. I really don't like how that feels in my hand.
