Beautiful look and quality

There is one key style not incised in this set that is a favorite that we'll likely add on but they are wonderful in sharpness and precision. The handles do have a texture to them that I'm not quite fond of. They look great, but feel almost chalky which may be fine for some but is the reason I didn't give 5 stars. I really don't like how that feels in my hand.

Does the Job Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife set is visually very appealing. At first I thought the block stand itself was slightly too large, but it sits and points nicely on the counter, and doesn’t stick out too much horizontally. My only complaint is that the four partly serrated knives get caught in the cutting board while slicing, and it’s difficult to maintain speed with them while chopping and cutting. I like using the smaller knives for cutting smaller vegetables, but it’s hard to do so when the knives get caught in the food and then stuck on the board.
