Elevate your sourdough

This Dutch oven has transformed my sourdough journey. Where I once had flat loves, the way the steam circulates inside this Dutch oven really helps with the rise! I love how sturdy and durable this product is and I know it’ll last for years to come.

I've had my Cocotte for a little over two weeks now. Thus far I've baked bread and made two Indian curry dishes. It cleans up like a dream and the exterior is gorgeous. I did notice that there was a small white spot on the side where it seems as though the enamel wasn't completely colored. I also noticed that on the inside there were three small spots that weren't covered by the black enamel coating. There is no cracking or chipping to be found but for the price point, I do expect quality control to be a bit better.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the Staub cookware. I have used a competitor and feel they are similar, however I choose the quality of Staub. The flavor of food, cooking quality and style are above and beyond.
