Have wanted to get this size for awhile & finally got it a couple weeks ago! Performs great - have been making soups & stews so far & love the self-basing performance! I can see i will be using this to make so many things. Love the cherry red as a pop color on my stove!

Food tastes better

The first time used this cast iron psn after using another for years everonr thought I changed my recipe. It was the pan that makes it better. The dots on the lid is a huge difference. Plus it dosent stain or scratch like the one i used to use.

A stunning color and what a wonderful cast iron pot. Cherry red is so popular color, will blends in for every kitchen either stainless steel or modern designed. Staub cast iron pots saves you another dish, you can serve your delicious dish straight to your table. I also bought a staub trivet to protect my table from direct heat, it add another beautiful thing at your dinner table.

Very durable piece. Heats evenly. Great moisture retention. Color is bright and cleans well! Enameled inside cleans easily as well! Recommend try other sizes as well...quite extensive.
