It can keep steam perfectly for hot stew. We don't need to worry about some residue at the bottom and wash easily!
It should be used more than now, but it is so far so good!
Worth buying this! And I recommend who likes cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with my new Staub 4-quart Dutch Oven. I have several other Staub items in various colors and am pleased to have the Cerise Cherry Kirshrot color now! Staub has surpassed my expectations for cast iron cookware. I plan to make a soup this week and am so pleased my Dutch oven can go from cooktop to refrigerator.

Beautiful piece of cookware

Best staub

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter what I cook in Staub it is by far superior to any other cast iron. The lids are heavier. Way better than le creuset for holding in heat. I make the best brisket ever. The secret is not in the recipe . Its the pot. I have the oval 7 qt and have made soup stove top. Came out great. Roasted chicken comes out tender even if you cook it too long as long as the lid stays on.
I would recommend this to a friend!
