I absolutely love my new 4-quart Staub. I've made roast and soup in it thus far and couldn't be happier about the results. This pot is very well made and I am already looking forward to all the memories I will make with friends and family cooking, with plans to pass this down to my kids one day. The only potential downside is that I don't trust putting this into the dishwasher and prefer to wash it by hand, which can be time consuming or frustrating for some.

I can't believe how many times I'm reaching for this Cocotte!
Since it arrived I've made soups, stews, casseroles and Chili in it, and it's the best piece of cookware in my kitchen. The only problem now is that I may have to buy a larger one as well!
